Athletics
Building teamwork, resilience, and healthy habits — one game, one practice, one season at a time.
Sportsmanship Over Scoreboard
At Meridian, athletics is about so much more than winning. Our K–8 program is designed to give every student the chance to discover a sport they love, develop physical confidence, and learn the life lessons that only come from being part of a team.
We believe in participation, not selection. Every child who wants to play gets to play. Competition is healthy when it is grounded in respect, effort, and the joy of giving your best.

Physical Education
Movement Is Part of Every Day
Every Meridian student participates in daily physical education — not as an afterthought, but as a core part of our curriculum. Our PE program builds motor skills, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement. From cooperative games in kindergarten to fitness training and sport-specific skills in the upper grades, we meet students where they are and help them build healthy habits that last.
